Spa Experience

Arrive Early

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your first treatment, allowing you time to check in and enjoy all the spa amenities. We encourage our guests to relax in the spa lounge, workout in the fitness center, or enjoy a swim or warm soak in one of two lovely whirlpools, located in our pool area.

Don’t Arrive Late

Arriving late to your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late your service began.

What to Wear

We recommend wearing what you feel most comfortable in. Our therapists are professionally trained and adhere to strict draping guidelines. If you have any questions about what to wear, please call the spa prior to your treatment at 520.324.9200.

Health Issues

Please notify us of any health issues or concerns you have prior to your visit, so we can recommend the safest services for you. This includes the following: pregnancy, high blood pressure, nut allergies, and any physical disabilities.

Tranquil Environment

The spa is an environment for relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests’ rights to privacy and quiet by turning off your electronic devices before you enter.

Facility Use Age Rules

Guests must be 12 years of age or older to use the spa facilities. Children between the ages of 8-12 are welcome in the nail salon, but must be accompanied by an adult. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult to receive massage services.

Personal Possessions

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask you to remove all jewelry before any service. We recommend leaving your jewelry at home or in our guestroom.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your service. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the service. Groups of four or more booking services in the spa require a 72-hour notice. The Hiapsi Spa strictly adheres to our cancellation policy.
