Club Sol members earn 50 slot/table base points on Tuesdays for a chance to participate in the Slots O’ Fun Tournament at Casino Del Sol on Tuesdays. 

HOW TO PLAY:

• Earn 50 slot/table points on Tuesday same days of Tournament
• Participate in Tournament anytime that is available between Noon and 3pm on Tuesday 
• Base Slot/Table Points earned considered from 12am- 2:50pm same day
• Must be Present to Claim prize
• Overall Top 30 Prizes Win a Share of $5000 Freeplay
• Claim at Club Sol by 5pm Day of Tournament

RULES:

1. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate (valid proof of age required). If selected participant is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required.
2. Must be eligible member of Club Sol to participate, membership is free.
3. To be eligible to participate in a Tournament, Club Sol member must earn 50 Slot/table base points on Tuesday day of Tournament. 
4. Qualified Club Sol member must retrieve a voucher from the kiosk to redeem at slot tournament.
5. Eligible Club Sol Member must present Club Sol Card and valid ID to participate in the Slot tournament at Casino Del Sol.
6. Dependent on Tournament Set up: Eligible Club Sol Member, register at slot tournament area to participate immediately as a “Walk up” or at a selected time “Session”. Invited Club Sol Member is responsible to participate during their selected registration tournament time. 
7. One participation per eligible Club Sol member per Tournament day
8. Tournaments dates: Tuesdays Aug 20- Dec 24. At management discretion dates exclude, holidays, peak times or during other promotions (excludes 9/3)
9. Times: 12pm-3pm
10. Slot Tournament Sessions will be 1 minute in duration.
11. It is the responsibility of each participant to hear the announcements over the Tournament PA at the times of the tournament.
12. No fees collected for participating in Slot Tournament.
13. In the event of a malfunction or the event is incapable of running as planned; Casino Del Sol Management will cease the promotion until the problem is resolved.
14. In the event a malfunction of the game while in tournament mode, tournament captain will have qualified Club Sol Member participate again for a valid score. 
15. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules and eligibility lie solely with Tournament Captain and/or Casino Del Sol management whose decisions are final.
16. Player’s score determine tournament prizes.
17. Slot system automates and records Individual scores.
18. All prizes are Freeplay adjustments made to the players’ accounts before midnight on the day of the tournament or a Freeplay voucher issued to Winner(s) to redeem at Club Sol Day of Win.
19. Any Freeplay prize can be substituted with Freebet upon winner request within the 4 days after the Tournament and the original freeplay prize be retracted from balance. 
20. If the Slot Tournament cannot conduct as planned, the freeplay prizes award via a drawing. Winners must be present to win and have 5 minutes to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes forfeit and another name draws until all prizes are awarded. Prizes will begin from #30 to #1 position and prizes will be awarded accordingly (smallest to largest). Players are eligible for only one prize. 
21. Odds of winning are dependent on the numbers of entrants that participate.
22. Casino Del Sol employees and media partners are ineligible to participate. 
23. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and Tribal laws and regulations.
24. Participants will be encouraged to allow Casino of the Sun and Casino Del Sol the unconditional use of their name, voice, and/or likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, or review where permitted (Consent form must be signed)
25. Winners are responsible for all taxes, licenses, registrations, and other imposed fees on prize(s) won.
26. A copy of these rules will be available throughout the duration of this promotion.
27. Casino Del Sol reserves the right to modify this promotion at any time subject to PYT TGO notification and approval. Cancellation of this promotion is at discretion of Casino Del Sol management. PYT TGO will be notified accordingly. 
28. Any dispute involving the casino’s refusal to pay alleged prizes shall be subject to the provisions of Section 14 of the Tribal State Compact between the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and the State of Arizona.
